Mr. Vinay Malviya brings over two decades of social development expertise to PSVS, grounded in his postgraduate training in sociology. Since co-founding the organization in 2002, he has articulated a clear vision for equitable community growth—emphasizing locally driven solutions and sustainable impact. His unwavering commitment to transparency and inclusive governance ensures that every PSVS initiative reflects the genuine needs and aspirations of the people it serves ​

Under Mr. Malviya’s stewardship, PSVS has forged robust partnerships with SBI Foundation, SFURTI, government bodies and grassroots leaders. He has overseen the launch of specialized health camps, rural learning centres, dairy cooperatives and renewable-energy projects, each designed to strengthen community resilience and economic self-reliance. His data-driven approach and focus on capacity building have consistently translated into measurable improvements in health outcomes, literacy rates and household incomes ​
