In times of adversity, the Parivartan Samaj Vikas Samiti, has always stood by our commitment to make a positive impact on the lives of those in need. PSVS is delighted to share the success of our recent flood relief camp in Kolhapur district, a testament to our dedication to serve the community.

Flood Relief Camp Highlights:

With the invaluable support of the National Institute of Women Child and Youth Development, we organized a flood relief camp that aimed to alleviate the suffering of the flood victims in Kolhapur district. Here are some of the key highlights of our efforts:

  • Ration and Clothing Distribution:

During the floods, many families lost their homes and possessions, leaving them in dire need of essential supplies. Parivartan Samaj Vikas Samiti, with the various generous contributions, extended a helping hand by distributing ration and clothing to the flood victims. This ensured that they had access to food and clothing to help them rebuild their lives.

  • Shelters for the Displaced:

The floodwaters forced countless families out of their homes, leaving them without a place to take shelter. Our relief camp provided safe and secure accommodations to those who had lost their homes. We believe that offering shelter is a fundamental step toward helping families regain their sense of stability and security.

  • Medical Facilities:

In times of disaster, access to medical care is crucial. Our camp also provided medical facilities to address the health needs of the flood victims. This included medical check-ups, treatment for injuries, and access to essential medications, ensuring that their health was a top priority.

Through this flood relief camp, we were able to offer a ray of hope to those who had been affected by the devastating floods in Kolhapur district. None of this would have been possible without the support and contributions of compassionate individuals and organizations like the National Institute of Women Child and Youth Development.

As we continue our mission to bring about positive change in the lives of those in need, we remain deeply grateful for unwavering support of our respected supporters and donors. Together, we can overcome any challenge and make a meaningful difference in our communities.

These initiatives reflect our unwavering dedication to making a positive impact on society. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to all our partners, donors, and volunteers who have made these efforts possible. Together, we can continue to drive positive change and uplift the lives of those in need.

With Support from ADIC, SDN, and IOGT

Our commitment to fostering healthier and happier lives extended beyond borders. With support from organizations like ADIC (Alcohol and Drug Information Centre), SDN (Social Development Network), and IOGT (Presently known as Movendi), we initiated a de-addiction campaign in Sri Lanka, Thailand, and India.

This campaign aimed to raise awareness about the dangers of substance abuse and provide support to individuals seeking to overcome addiction. By offering counselling, rehabilitation programs, and educational resources, we strived to empower those battling addiction to regain control of their lives.
